The workshops take place irregularly Mondays from 7:30 to 9:30.

They are located at Upper Canada College: 200 Lonsdale or Avenue Road north of St. Clair.

The cost, which is subsidized by the Advocats Big Band, 
is currently $20 per session.

Enrolement is prepaid for each three month session, although you may join midway. If you'd like to check it out contact us.

You'll need your own horn or axe; amps, drum kit and piano are provided.

Attendees are free to suggest material or bring their own. Time is divided between playing and analysis. A compendium of all discussions has been kept and is available to regulars.

The workshops, which began as a pilot in the fall of 2001, have been very successful. The location is good, the space nice and the price is right. Know anyone else who might be interested?
